As we look to the future, it is important to remember a few things. The time to act is always the present. The future we can’t predict and the past, well, thank god that is behind us. There is no better time than now to plan your dream home or remodel. Interest rates are at lows we will not soon see again. Material costs have stabilized and as demand increases so will labor costs. Waiting for the what if can only lead to missed opportunity.
