Opela Worx Structural Engineers is a Consulting Structural Engineering firm.  Our licensed engineers take additional testing in order to receive a structural engineer designation from the states.  It is important to note that our engineers are trained in structural engineering, a specialist if you will verses a civil engineer who provides structural services, a family practice approach.
